When you place an order with Le Poppy, the estimated arrival time for your items is calculated by adding the processing time to the shipping time.
Initially, your order will undergo a preparation phase which can take between 2 to 8 business days
After processing, the standard shipping time generally takes another 8 to 10 business days. Please be aware that during busy periods, these times may vary, and delays could occur due to external factors.

At Le Poppy, we aim to make your return process as straightforward as possible:
- Eligibility Window: You can return items within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused, with all original tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
- Initiating a Return: To start your return, please contact our customer service via email at hello@le-poppy.com. We will guide you through the steps and provide you with a return address.
- Shipping the Items Back: Once you have initiated your return, pack the items securely and send them back to us using the shipping label we provide (the cost of the return shipping may vary depending on the original order and location).
- Processing Your Return: After we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Exceptions: Please note, certain types of items such as intimates or hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for returns due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
