Delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: Before we ship your order, we usually need 2-8 business days to prepare your beautiful dresses. Occasionally, orders may require 8-12 business days depending on stock availability. Remember, this processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Shipping Time: Generally, for Standard Shipping, it will take 8-10 business days for your orders to reach you. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. We kindly ask for your patience, knowing that we’re making every effort to ensure your stunning dresses arrive on time. Your anticipation is our motivation.

Returns & Refunds Policy
- Returns - If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return Procedure - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@le-poppy.com. We will provide you with instructions for the return. An address, timeframe, and the delivery service to use will be communicated to ensure a smooth return process.
- Refunds - Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund within 10 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as used during the purchase.
- Exceptions - Certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Return Fees - There are no return fees; it's totally free.
- Order Cancellation - You can cancel an order at no cost if it has not yet been shipped. The average shipping time is 24 hours from the purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

I don't normally write reviews but I really wanted to for this brand since I've been seeing their ads forever and finally decided to try them out. I ordered 6 (six) dresses so I have a pretty good idea of quality.
First off if you are looking for more affordable alternatives to the super expensive super over hyped brands like House of CB or arcina/MP etc this site is great. They frequently put out new dresses usually a few months after the big brands drop so you can get the same dress designs without waiting for them to be resold on poshmark etc.
The sizing is pretty good but can be a bit off depending on the dress which is why i'm giving 4/5 stars. I'm normally an XS/S but could almost go for a M in the "Valerie" dress. I also bought their Katerina which is STUNNING but slightly more beige than the picture looks so if you're wanting to get it for bridal just be aware of that.
All in all this site is great and wayyy more affordable than buying name brands. They also do free exchanges and returns in case you don't like them so I say win/win!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! I can't say enough about this dress, bought for my honeymoon and ended up wearing like half of the trip because it was so cool compared to the other clothes I packed. The amount of compliments I received every single day whether we were at the hotel bar or out at the beach was seriously insane I must have given at least 20 people the link to this site! I was kind of skeptical given that I saw this on a tiktok ad but honestly couldnt be happier with it!! Will be buying from Le Poppy again :)
