Processing Time: Before we ship your order, we usually need 2-8 business days to prepare your beautiful dresses. Occasionally, orders may require 8-12 business days depending on stock availability. Remember, this processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Shipping Time: Generally, for Standard Shipping, it will take 8-10 business days for your orders to reach you. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. We kindly ask for your patience, knowing that we’re making every effort to ensure your stunning dresses arrive on time. Your anticipation is our motivation.

Returns & Refunds Policy
- Returns - If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return Procedure - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@le-poppy.com. We will provide you with instructions for the return. An address, timeframe, and the delivery service to use will be communicated to ensure a smooth return process.
- Refunds - Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund within 10 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as used during the purchase.
- Exceptions - Certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Return Fees - There are no return fees; it's totally free.
- Order Cancellation - You can cancel an order at no cost if it has not yet been shipped. The average shipping time is 24 hours from the purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

I kept seeing ads for this company every time I was on tiktok. At first I was actually quite annoyed until I saw a video of this style which I have had my eye on for ages but is always sold out in size S ( it's called Valentina on the actual house of cb website) so I thought I would at least try it. Worst case scenario I could return it for a refund and Best case I actually liked it and saved myself 200 bucks.
Took about a week not too long and I was SOOOO impressed you cant even tell the difference!! Such a good deal if you're on a budget!

Honestly this dress was perfect for me the ONLY reason i'm giving it four stars is because it is pretty short so if you're tall you will need some spanx underneath. A breeze will take you by storm lol thank me later ;)
I'm 5'5 and got a size S it was perfect.
EDIT: You can actually tie the straps to match your height so it's not as short as I thought I just had it tied really tight up top

Such a good find!!! I was kind of worried this site would be a scam but this dress is IDENTICAL to the house of cb one that I tried on a local store. The only difference as far as I can tell is this one has one less layer of lining but it's not see through and you can't even tell. IMO this one is a softer fabric too.
