Processing Time: Before we ship your order, we usually need 2-8 business days to prepare your beautiful dresses. Occasionally, orders may require 8-12 business days depending on stock availability. Remember, this processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Shipping Time: Generally, for Standard Shipping, it will take 8-10 business days for your orders to reach you. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. We kindly ask for your patience, knowing that we’re making every effort to ensure your stunning dresses arrive on time. Your anticipation is our motivation.

Returns & Refunds Policy
- Returns - If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return Procedure - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@le-poppy.com. We will provide you with instructions for the return. An address, timeframe, and the delivery service to use will be communicated to ensure a smooth return process.
- Refunds - Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund within 10 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as used during the purchase.
- Exceptions - Certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Return Fees - There are no return fees; it's totally free.
- Order Cancellation - You can cancel an order at no cost if it has not yet been shipped. The average shipping time is 24 hours from the purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

I purchased this dress for my 18th wedding anniversary dinner. We went to an upscale steakhouse. The atmosphere is elegant, rustic and professional. It was unexpectedly cold out that night so I added a suit coat which gave it a **** look with the low cut neck line. It was **** not scandalous. It fit well in the waist and bust (36 full C, 28.5 inch waist-athletic build- purchased an 8). I paired it with nude colored strappy sandals. I felt comfortable and did not feel like I was going to fall out of the dress. I will wear it again.

5’6, athletic build, about 140 lbs, bra size C. As an adult I should know the band size but I don’t, apologies. I got size M.I always scour the picture reviews when looking for dresses hoping that I won’t purchase a dud. I thought I’d do my due diligence and contribute back to the community. The material is surprisingly good quality considering the price. I wore it out last night and the second I walked up to my friends car she asked for the link and ordered it lol!
